Join us in supporting trafficking survivors on their journey to a brighter future with the H.I.R.E. Program. Geared toward survivors who have recently completed a trafficking recovery program, we aim to equip survivors with career and life readiness skills that will enable them to thrive in society. Through collaboration with Coalition staff, certified workforce development mentors, and dedicated professional mentors, survivors learn invaluable skills, which include communication, entrepreneurship, productivity, and goal setting. The H.I.R.E. program serves as a bridge for survivors transitioning back into society, offering employment and training services that might otherwise be inaccessible.
